ISIS-2723: slightly reduce responsibility of ImmutableFacet(s)
adding comments as to why it is assumed safe to copy ImmutableFacet(s)
onto members without doing any overriding checks
also fixes cloning of
ImmutableFacetForDomainObjectAnnotationAsConfigured (use proper facet
class)
