ISIS-2793: moves the responsibility for keeping track of authentication within
the Wicket viewer
... is now encapsulated by AuthenticationWebSessionForIsis, rather than its
caller. Also introduces syncXxx method to make it clear where we copy over
externally-provided InteractionContext.
