Description:
At the moment, if attempt to create a new tenancy, the parent param cannot be
set.
Notes:
* I think this is to do with the matching of abstract ApplicationTenancy to the
target type.
* Attempting to use Bounded instead on the abstract ApplicatoinTenancy resulted
in runtime exception.
