Description:
Connections to multiple servers are already possible, although not nicely
presented in the UI.
* amend system menu (=v) with one entry per (connected) server
* when server is switched, switch menubar content as well
* provide a DnD example using the (left hand) dock
* use local and remote demo for POC (simpleapp not configured for CORS yet)
