ISIS-3189: renames IdStringifiers that are based on DN-specific classes (XxxId)
rather than JDO (XxxIdentity), and fixes DnStringIdValueSemantics to use
StringId rather than StringIdentifier.
This error with the DnStringIdValueSemantics was resulting in a failure to
round-trip for some classes (I think that ApplicationTenancy might have been
one of them).
