Non-ASF nightly repo renamed. Redirects from old URLs do work. As a
simplification (not sticking to the original plan) the new nightly repo CI
build scripts will do the Causeway and Isis Maven artifact builds in one blow
and publish them in the same location. (The original plan was to setup a
separate repo cloning all the scripts and logic.)
In other words both Causeway and Isis artifacts are made available via the same
nightly repo.
