Questa � la soluzione (che � venuta fuori da irc con Fabio): 
        oSheet = ThisComponent.CurrentController.ActiveSheet
        CellRange = oSheet.getCellRangeByName("G23:I25")
        CellRange.setArrayFormula("=MINVERSE(G7:I9)")


A vederla sembra proprio facile! ;)
