It would be nice if it wasn't necessary to always specify all the namespaces in
node type definition files passed to
JackrabbitNodeTypeManager.registerNodeTypes(). The node type parsers should by
default use the persistent namespace mappings, but allow custom mappigns to be
specified in the parsed node type definition files.
