Name/Patch refactoring

I'd like to urge everybody to have a look at the patches proposed by 
Angela for sanitizing the internal (Q)Name/Path interfaces:

For the record; I have tested the changes with my SPI implementation, 
JCR2SPI and the TCK and support them.
