JCR-1175 uncovered inconsistencies in how the deleteFolder() and list() methods
are implemented. The MemoryFileSystem class acts differently from the
LocalFileSystem and DatabaseFileSystem classes. MemoryFileSystem and the
related incorrect test cases should be fixed.
