Hi, I checked the signatures and license headers, and with a single exception (see below) the headers are ok (according to rat) and I think we can live with the exception.

The exception: The test case in the src package jackrabbit-1.4/jackrabbit-core/src/test/java/org/apache/jackrabbit/core/query/lucene/hits/ArrayHitsTest.java does not have a license header at all. Likewise almost all configuration files do not have headers either.
