Resolution: Duplicate
This seems to be a duplicate of JCR-1633.
Both issues have seemingly good patches waiting for review and integration to
trunk. I'll resolve this issue as the duplicate as JCR-1633 was opened earlier,
but this does not mean that the patch in there is better (I haven't yet
reviewed the patches).
Let's continue to resolve this issue in JCR-1633 using the information in both
issues.
