Summary of a short discussion with Michael yesterday:
We came to the conclusion that the creation of the JCR Node identifier from the
SPI-NodeId (and vice versa) should be delegated to the SPI in order
to allow for implementation specific optimization.
I created an initial draft version (-> attachment) and will commit in order to
get rid of the failing tests... still needs improvement.
