I'd like to change the security configuration from 'simple' to a default that
enables ac-management and user management (and consequently doesn't skip the
corresponding tests).
there is currently an issue with WEAKREFERENCEs (see issue JCR-2135) that
prevents me from changing the config.
unless someone objects i would like to change the default config as soon as
JCR-2135 is solved.
