The bundle plugin version we're now using is 1.4.3 when the latest release
version is 2.0.0. The latest version can automatically produce more accurate
bundle settings and comes with a number of other fixes, but we should make sure
that our earlier bundle configurations still work correctly with the new plugin
version.
