That's the new Hudson-only RAT checks in action. RAT was picking out
the new RTF test file I added for JCR-1878. I added an exclude rule in
revision 816089 so this is fixed now.
With the new parent POM version 4, the RAT checks are no longer run by
default when you build Jackrabbit. You can explicitly enable RAT by
using the "pedantic" profile, which is now the default for the Hudson
build:
mvn clean install -Ppedantic
