Enable autoVersionSubmodules in the parent POM

We currently don't have multimodule builds with mixed version numbers, so we
can enable the autoVersionSubmodules option of the Maven release plugin to
simplify the release process.
I already set the option in the main Jackrabbit trunk when preparing the
2.0-beta1 release, but it would be nice to push that change up to the parent
POM so it'll affect all Jackrabbit components.
