The FineGrainedISMLocking strategy suffers from the same deadlock issue as was
reported in JCR-2753 against DefaultISMLocking. Additionally the
FineGrainedISMLocking class will also fail to function properly with XA
transactions since it uses the current thread instead of the current
transaction id to track re-entrancy.
