The JCR-2715 implementation introduced a number of QOM utility classes like
OperandEvaluator that only depend on standard JCR interfaces and that would be
useful also for JCR client libraries that want to implement search extensions
like views or custom indexes. Thus I'd like to generalize such classes and move
them to jcr-commons for increased reusability.
