as far as i am concerned i would prefer to stick with the rabbits
(or any other codename) over exposing the implementation details
by referring to trees. specially if it gets into the direction of
bonsai... the idea of a dwarf repository that is artificially
limited by design, well... ;-)
I suggest the name 'Leporidae'
i wouldn't find that hard to remember and basically like it.
however, the pronunciation of latin words tend to vary heavily
between different languages, which can make it pretty hard in
conversation.
so, i'd rather use
Leporid
or a phantasy-derivation (such as e.g. JSOP derived from Ysop).
or just another rabbit synonym/species
Sneeuwhaas
Arnab or better Arnabu to prevent confusion with sanskrit 'ocean'
