This is now done. The MK API (in o.a.j.mk.api) and a default MK implementation
(in o.a.j.mk.*) are now both included in the new oak-mk component.
To avoid an extra directory level and to free up o.a.j.oak to oak-core and
higher-level components, I decided to keep the MK code in o.a.j.mk.* where it
already existed earlier.
The oak-core component still contains various o.a.j.mk.* packages with code
that's not directly used or needed by the default MK implementation. We'll need
to figure out (in followup issues) where and how that code is to be placed and
used.
