The default workspace now lives directly at the root node in revision 1344776.
I had to tweak some things in the query implementation. Thomas, could you
please review?
Also I had to incorporate a preliminary fix for OAK-124 since nodes in the
jcr:system sub tree do not always set a jcr:primaryType property.
