We already have the KEYS file in http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jackrabbit/dist/ and http://www.apache.org/dist/jackrabbit/ so it isn't needed to go with each individual release. What I meant instead is the .asc file that contains your signature for the specific release archive. Currently http://people.apache.org/~ard/ocm/2.0.0/ only comes with the MD5 and SHA1 checksums.
