The repository configuration parser accepts all of {{<ProtectedItemImporter>}},
{{<ProtectedPropertyImporter>}} and {{<ProtectedNodeImporter>}} as synonyms
inside the {{<Import>}} configuration element, but the related DTD only
declares the latter two as allowed elements. We should fix the DTD to prevent
incorrect warnings.
