    Summary: Jcr2spi same name siblings: Path not provided along with unique id 
in NodeId when calling 
org.apache.jackrabbit.spi.RepositoryService.getItemInfos(SessionInfo, NodeId). 
Path needed to maintain SNS index  (was: Jcr2spi same name siblings: Path not 
provided along with unique id in NodeId when retrieving child node)
