The virtual nodes under /jcr:system/jcr:nodeTypes are reported as deleted and
not repairable by org.apache.jackrabbit.core.query.lucene.ConsistencyCheck. The
ConsistencyCheck should instead just ignore the tree /jcr:system/jcr:nodeTypes.
