Shashank Gupta updated JCR-3788:
--------------------------------
Description:
For [IDCF cloud provider API|http://en.www.idcf.jp/cloud/service/storage.html]
are compatible to AWS S3 SDK.
We can access S3 without any endpoint since S3 API should be designed and
include S3 URL or address so that it can access to S3 if there are not any
endpoint.
However, any address or endpoint needs to be set for 3rd party cloud provider.
