Incorrect date is sent from server while date fields on nodes on server seem to
hold correct values. DavResourceImpl#initProperties() never seems to read the
properties from node.

affecting that code https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit/commit/cbc43b26
Note: The actual class DavResourceImpl is part of jackrabbit-jcr-server, but i
have set the component to webdav, so please update the component to
jackrabbit-jcr-server if that is more appropriate
