While setting some specific ACLs, I discovered that
org.apache.jackrabbit.commons.JcrUtils#getOrCreateByPath throws an exception if
user does not have read access to the root node.
To reproduce:
1. Given path /a/b/c, remove read permission on / and /a
2. Add read permission on /a/b
3. Call JcrUtils.getOrCreateByPath("/a/b/c")
This should be valid but the method throws an AccessDeniedException on root node
