initial untested draft illustrating the nature of the new
{{PrincipalSetPolicy}} and where the API contract of {{ACLManagement}} probably
needs to be altered.
also, i was a bit confused wrt the naming... for me _ACL_ stands for _Access
Control List_ but we i was looking for was the ability to handle any types of
policies. please also note that the JCR specification allows for multiple
policies being present with a given path, which is what will happen with that
new type.
