+1 (non-binding) Downloads were successful from https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/jackrabbit/2.13.0/. Each artifact were well verified with PGP signatures. I was able to test/build v2.13.0 successfully from the downloaded source zip file. The RELEASE-NOTES.txt looks good.
