Description: The listener MBean already reports the length of the
observation queue, but it does not say how old the entries are. The MBean
should report the age of the oldest entry in the queue. This gives a user
information how much delay there is between a change and the event that is
delivered. Additionally the MBean should also report the consumer time ratio as
an indication how much time is spent in the listener vs. the overall processing
time. See also OAK-4543. (was: The listener MBean already reports the length
