implemented initial version that listens for installation events. not detailed
node-based install logs yet.
the events are logged in the
{{org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.packaging.impl.ActivityLog}} category on *INFO*
level.
If the logger is set to *DEBUG* then also stack traces will be printed.
