Hello,

Thank you for sharing the documents.

However we consider the issue to be critical and *we need your support*. We 
would like to know if there could be any traces which can be enabled at 
customer's site for Jack Rabbit Repository, so that we can directly place the 
traces in customer environment to have the cause being identified.
