see no extracting happening? So can you confirm you have that setting.
Setting "extractWar" to "true" was an experiment to find out whether the issue
is related to extracting the war or not. Turns out it is: if we keep the
original (and intended) value of "false", the problem appears. It goes away
when this is set to true. Sorry for the confusion.
