With JCRVLT-138 initial support for working with exploded package directories
has been added. The support is still limited though to only {{ZipVaultPackage}}
and its {{extract}} method. The actual JcrPackageManager cannot be used with
those which is necessary to test more complex installations (like subpackage
handling).
It would be nice to also allow to upload those exploded directories to the
JcrPackageManager somehow (i.e. by creating a zip input stream on the fly).
