Description:
The format of those files are not properly documented but should be to document
how they are supposed to be used together with vault and/or content-packages. I
found the following usages:
# config.xml: used for the exporter
# settings.xml: mainly used for the vlt-cli
# nodetypes.cd: only considered during import, will register all node types
# privileges.xml: only considered during import, will implicitly register all
custom privileges given
