To support building PRs from external as well as internal contributors and also
detect platform issues like JCRVLT-354 more easily an automated Travis CI build
should be integrated. That should build with
# Lowest Java supported (8)
# Current LTS (11)
# Newest Java Release (13)
on both Linux and Windows.
