 [^https.diff] - wip; requires local "keystore" file generated by "keygen".

This adds an HTTPS connector, and HTTPS connections against that URI indeed 
fail, but the failure cause does not look right yet.

It probably would be better to use the Java KeyStore API to generate the local 
keystore with self-signed cert on the fly.
