Rights to assign reviewer in GH PRs

Hi,
it seems that for https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit 
<https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit> I don't have enough Karma to select 
reviewers for PRs.
Who could help me with that, or should I raise a ticket with INFRA?
