The ZipArchive is based on java.util.jar.JarFile while nowadays the
implementation based on
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/io/fsp/zipfilesystemprovider.html
should perform slightly better. There should be a switch which allows to
toggle between the new archive and the old archive for file based content
packages.
