[~kwin], [~tripod] - the change may be problematic as it introduces a major
version bump to org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.fs and therefore introducing a
backward incompatibility on OSGi level. Even when the effective API change is
not being used consumers of this package would have to recompile preventing a
provider based push rollout without touching the consumer code.
