Our use case is - whenever a new package/custom package is uploaded, we want to
verify if all the filter's, dependencies, etc are fine in the package only then
it will be installed.
Our customers use Curl command to upload the packages and if there are issues
within the package that is usually not known beforehand.
Although we would recommend our customers to use the plugin in their package to
validate beforehand. Due to a large customer base that is also not possible.
So, we want to make our validation more concrete by using the Vault-Validation
APIs.
