Description: Similar as for the unprotected properties the property
exclusions from the filter.xml need to be considered for the import of
protected properties. (was: Similar as for the unprotected properties the
property exclusions from the filter.xml need to be considered for the SysView
import as well.
Also in case of updates they need to be properly kept with their old state
(even protected properties).)
