The documentation of {@code excludes} and {@code addDefaultExcludes} is
partially wrong (as it refers to files like .gitignore which are actually not
excluded).
But it would make sense on the other hand to extend the default value for
{@code excludes} for more common metadata which shouldn't be used in a package
