Description: It would be good to allow to define it in an external Maven
artifact so that these definitions could be provided per distribution/version.
Also it should be possible to allow definitions which are derived from some
other metadata (like [Sling Repo Init
statements|https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/repository-initialization.html]
