Currently FileVault does not provide proper means to write an enhance docview
XML based on {{DocViewNode2}} and {{DocViewProperty2}} only. The implementation
in
https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-filevault/blob/2c3fac8803e88d0bbfb0bce10076416a10e06cc4/vault-core/src/main/java/org/apache/jackrabbit/vault/fs/impl/io/DocViewSAXFormatter.java#L230
should be refactored accordingly to use the newly introduced methods for
writing {{DocViewNode2}}.
