In JCRVLT-4 a special escaping for a multi-value property containing only a
single value with the empty string was introduced. This escaping is also used
for single-value String and Binary, although those are not ambiguous.
The parsing of those values doesn't differ though whether it is containing the
{{\0}} or not, but it would be good to omit those unnecessary characters in the
serialization.
