Description:
As Oak has switched to require JDK 11 (with version 1.50.0), so should
Jackrabbit trunk - otherwise we can't implement the latest version of
jackrabbit-api (which hasn't changed in 1.50.0, but likely will in the future).
(Whether we'll want a new maintenance branch already is a separate question).
