Not sure if that is too aggressive as the default import version ranges of bnd
are like outlined at
https://bnd.bndtools.org/chapters/170-versioning.html#import-version-policy and
technically the change is fully backwards compatible, but given that all
interfaces are consumer type by default on that package (as they won't have any
specific annotation) that is probably ok.
